Outside life spaces

The exterior of "Serenity" is composed of three distinct spaces completely surrounded and protected by a lush garden composed of plants such as Bahamian palms, hibiscus, bougainvilleas, frangipanis etc. A beautiful circular paved arrival opens on these charming axes connected by walkways teak around the house and its various living spaces.

The "pool" area is located in the southeast of the house with a heated pool completed with jacuzzi jets, surrounded by a teak deck and its sun loungers. Not far away from there, a cloakroom with shower and hot water completes this sublime location overlooking the sea.

A few steps from the pool, you will find the "BBQ" area overlooking a opened shelter where you will have your meals in the shade near the summer kitchen with bar and gas grill.

The "dock" area will delight fishermen and  enthusiast water sports people with its T dock (expanded and renovated in spring 2013) accessing the channel over 3 feet deep at low tide. You will berth easily and can leave your boat in this well protected place from the wind as it is situated in the bay. Three kayaks are available for our guests as well as a dedicated place to clean fishes with fresh water and electricity complete this heavenly place.

The technical part of Serenity has a water tank of 40'000 gallons and the ability to produce more than 1’500 gallons of fresh water per day through its water maker. The generator with automatic switching can power the entire property in the event of an electrical outage.
